Leaving  Croker Island

Leaving Croker

We untie the stern line and head out of our anchorage. The view of the surrounding area and islets is great! Watch your chart and sounder.

To the Benjamin's

Leaving Croker Island in our wake we make the 2 mile trek to South Benjamin Island. The rock formations we encounter on the way are incredible. A look at North Benjamin (lower left) shows several boats at anchor along the southern shore.

A look back at Croker Island

Anchored at South Benjamin

Great Anchorage
We maneuvered into our own private cove, with a fantastic view out into the waters between South and North Benjamin Islands. I rowed the dinghy to shore to secure the boat. I tied long stern lines to the rocks off the port side, and to a tree on shore on the starboard side.

Starboard

Port Side
Used 2 lines to tie to rocks.

Seemed like a lagoon.
